Commission Openings: When the artist is accepting commissions, they will announce it on their socials and provide a Google Form link.
This form remains open for 2-3 days at minimum. Depending on the volume of forms submitted, it may be open longer.
The client must provide character reference(s), a description of the desired artwork, the commission type, as well as any other details on their form. Anything unspecified, such as canvas size, posing, and composition will be left up to the artist's discretion.
Multiple submissions for different ideas are allowed, but it is unlikely more than 1 submission from the same client will be chosen.Selection: Commissions are chosen based on the artist’s level of interest and how well they believe they can deliver an adequate product.
Commission slots are not first come first serve.
If a commission is not chosen, the client will NOT be contacted. A blog post will announce when all slots have been filled.
The artist reserves the right to decline a commission request for any reason and is not obligated to explain their reasons for doing so.
If their commission is chosen, the client will be contacted privately via the platform of their choosing. Discord, Bluesky, Furaffinity notes, and via Email are acceptable, but Discord is preferred.
After being contacted, the artist will provide a price quote and explain any additional charges. If both parties agree, the client will be sent an invoice via Stripe or PayPal.
Commission work will not begin until the invoice is paid. The artist may allow the client to send split payments at their discretion. If payment is not received within 72 hours of sending the invoice, the commission may be dropped.
Commissions are completed in chronological order of when they were received.Revisions: The client is given 2 opportunities during the commission process where they may request major revisions.
The first revision will be a loose thumbnail which depicts the pose and general composition of the piece.
The second revision will be a proper sketch to show additional details, expressions, background objects, etc. Sketch commissions will NOT receive this second revision opportunity.
Additional edits after this point will incur additional costs, or may be denied altogether at the artist’s discretion.
Trivial edits incur no additional cost, however the artist reserves the right to deny the client’s requests if the amount of edits becomes excessive.
Pointing out missing and/or incorrect details will never incur additional costs.Refunds: If the client cancels the commission, refund availability will depend on the amount of progress made:
If little to no progress has been made on the commission, the client will receive a full refund.
If significant progress has been made, the client may be entitled to the semi-finished work alongside a partial refund at the artist's discretion.
Refunds are not available for pre-made designs/adoptables or finished commission work.Privacy: The artist retains the right to publicly post the completed commission online. Wips of the finished work may be used as promotional material or for subscription services. The artist may stream the creation of the commission.
The client can request their commission be completed offstream and/or their Wips and finished work be kept private, however this must be done BEFORE commission work begins.
The client may post the commissioned piece themselves as long as credit is given towards the artist. Credit must include a link to one of the artist’s socials or online galleries.By paying the invoice, the client automatically agrees to the following::
The artist retains the common law copyright of the commissioned artwork that they created.
The client does not have the right to trace, render, transform, or reproduce anything the artist creates without their explicit permission.
The client may not make a profit off of the commissioned artwork, however image rights may be negotiated for a fee.
Under no circumstances may the artist’s work be used for generative AI, data training models, or any future inventions within that space.
The client understands this purchase is a digital good and will not be shipped to an address.
The client is the owner of the Stripe account, Paypal account, bank account or credit card by which the payment is sent through.
